After a devastating flood destroyed the entire first floor of our longtime client’s home in Cranford, NJ, the house was raised and rebuilt from the ground up. We had the privilege of helping reimagine the interior, creating a fresh chapter for this very special family. With a thoughtful first-floor renovation, we designed a kitchen that is now bright, functional, and ready for years of family memories, and with the addition of the adjacent mudroom, every family member now gets their own space to drop shoes, backpacks, and other everyday essentials. Another highlight of the renovation is the powder room. Rather than simply replacing what was lost, we took the opportunity to create a new room with personality and lasting style.

It’s hard to believe this space was once completely underwater.
